Our Programs
Infant Care (6 Weeks – 17 Months)
Our Infant Program provides a calm, nurturing environment where babies begin exploring the world through movement, sensory experiences, and responsive care. We respect each child’s individual routines while encouraging healthy development through meaningful interactions and gentle guidance. Our serene infant space focuses on gentle sensory experiences, physical freedom, and responsive care to support your baby's earliest development and natural rhythms.
Toddler Care (18 – 24 Months)
Toddlers are naturally curious, energetic, and eager to do things independently. Our Montessori Toddler Program transforms that curiosity into meaningful learning through practical life activities, language development, movement, and hands-on exploration that builds confidence and self-reliance.
Preschool Program (2-3 Years)
Our Montessori Preschool Program encourages children to become independent learners through engaging, hands-on experiences. In our mixed-age classrooms, children strengthen language, mathematics, practical life, and social skills while progressing at a pace that matches their individual development.
Pre-Kindergarten Care (3-5 years)
Our Pre-K prepares children for kindergarten by strengthening academic foundations while developing leadership, responsibility, and confidence. Older students take on meaningful roles within the classroom community while continuing to grow through individualized Montessori lessons and enrichment opportunities.

Q1. What age groups does Pinebrook Montessori serve?
A. Pinebrook Montessori Kids Enrichment Center offers four age-based programs: Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K. Each program is designed around the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs of that developmental stage.
Q2. What are your hours of operation and where are you located?
A. Pinebrook is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, at 8488 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
Q3. What is the Montessori Method, and why does Pinebrook follow it?
A. The Montessori Method, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori, is based on the idea that children learn best in an environment that supports their natural desire to acquire skills and knowledge. Lessons are presented individually, at each child's own developmental pace, rather than on a fixed schedule for the whole class.

What is the enrollment process?
Our enrollment process begins by scheduling a tour of our facility. To move forward, families will need to complete an enrollment form and submit both the enrollment fee and security deposit (which is applied to your child’s last month of tuition).
Once those items are received, you will be given a packet of paperwork to complete. Some forms will also need to be filled out by your pediatrician. When all forms are returned, your child will be ready to begin on their anticipated start date.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
At our school, we provide both a morning and an afternoon snack for all children. Families are responsible for providing their child’s lunch each day. If you choose to pack a meal that requires warming, we are happy to heat it up for your child.
What is your withdraw policy?
If you wish to withdraw your child from our school for any reason, we require a one-month written notice.
What are your operating hours and closings?
Our school is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Does your school have an annual enrollment fee?
Yes, we have a re-enrollment fee that is due every February.
